Improve your STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY. Choose your pace from a gentle HATHA TO YIN FLOW to more dynamic VINYASA YOGA. All Yoga classes are taught in small groups of a maximum of 7 students, verbally, walking around students, and observing them, as opposed to the "Follow the Leader from the mat" style of teaching, offering ADJUSTMENTS to give you a deeper experience of each pose.

We begin with gentle myofascial release techniques to ease tightness in the back, shoulders, and upper body – helping you feel more open and relaxed.
Then we move into a fluid yoga flow, connecting breath with movement to build mobility, balance, and a sense of calm.

FITNESS YOGA

Fitness Yoga
A dynamic, full-body strength class that blends the flow of yoga with the power of functional fitness.
This energising session is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost mobility – all while keeping you moving with purpose.
Expect yoga-inspired movement fused with strength-based exercises to challenge your body and leave you feeling strong, centred, and recharged.

Hi, my name is Petra Lewis and I have been in the fitness industry since 2000. Starting as a tennis coach realizing how much I enjoy the fitness aspect and helping people to reach their fitness goals. As a result, I became a Personal Trainer. Later I started to have lower back pain and various heath issues which led me to discover the healing power of YOGA, PILATES and QIGONG.
I have completed 200h Yoga teacher training with The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy and currently studying another 200h Vinyasa & Yin Yoga with Bristol School of Yoga. I love how Qigong and Yin Yoga compliment each other with the healing benefits as I am a strong believer in the bodies self-healing powers through mindfulness, breath, movement, working with meridians to improve the free flow of QI (energy) in the body. I believe with our busy modern lifestyle it’s more important than ever to take time for yourself and there’s no better place than a Yoga mat to reconnect through movement and stillness.
I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by improving their health and fitness, seeing positive changes, and finding comfort within the discomfort of pain, whilst building strength in body and mind.
